Internships needed at Arts Kentucky

Arts Kentucky is in need of interns with a background in the arts or arts administration for a variety of tasks that will help to bring artists and arts organizations together with valuable resources. Interns would research and contact artists and arts organizations around the state, research arts resources of value to arts advocates, help develop educational materials for arts leaders, and assist staff with a variety of other tasks.

Arts Kentucky requests interns who get class credit for their work or who volunteer their time in order to get experience. Paid internships are not available, although work study positions are possible if the college or university has a compatible program. The work will be done in the Louisville downtown area.

Interested candidates should contact David Cupps at cupps@artsky.org or 502-561-0701.

Arts Kentucky is a statewide arts advocacy, education and resource development organization with offices in Louisville and Lexington. For more information, visit www.artsky.org.
