The Kentucky Center Governor’s School for the Arts (GSA) residential program is an intensive three week summer program targeted at
gifted and talented high school students in the areas of architecture, creative writing, dance, drama, instrumental music, musical theatre, new media, visual art and vocal music. Students study with university faculty and professional artists in selected disciplines in a structured environment that consists of daily classroom instruction, master classes, arts performances, exhibits, field trips, interdisciplinary activities, major all school evening performances, community service projects and a final public performance and graduation at the conclusion of the program.
