November 19, 2011:     ArtShop: Sacred Heart School for the Arts, Louisville
                                          ArtShop: Apollo High School, Owensboro

December 31, 2011: Applications must be postmarked or received online. Creative Writing applicants must submit their Manuscripts. New Media applicants must submit DVDs and Scripts (IF ANY for portfolio) with their applications by this date.  Architecture applicants must submit DVDs (IF ANY for portfolio) by this date.

January 25, 2012: GSA confirmation email sent to applicants with audition/review site and time. Recommendation form information is included in email. Creative Writing applicants notified of the results of the preliminary round (Part 1).

February 15, 2012: Recommendations must be postmarked to the GSA Office by school officials.

March 2 & 3, 2012:        Auditions/Reviews: Morehead State University, Morehead

March 9 & 10, 2012:      Auditions/Reviews: Transylvania University, Lexington

March 16 & 17, 2012:    Auditions/Reviews: Murray State University, Murray

March 23 & 24, 2012:    Auditions/Reviews: Sacred Heart School for the Arts, Louisville

Note: The Friday auditions will begin no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Creative Writing (Part 2) Interviews will take place in Louisville.

April 13, 2012: GSA postmarks notification of results.  All students receive results by mail.  See notification page for more.

June 17 – July 7, 2012: GSA 2012 Summer Program at Transylvania University.

August 18, 2012:  25^th Anniversary Alumni Showcase at The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts.
